Thanks to their many advantages, the DELTABEAM® composite beams from Peikko were able to convince OPTIMAL planTech GmbH. By using them, around 30% of the slab thickness could be saved in the project, resulting in significant CO₂ savings. The lack of visible beams enabled easy and space-saving HVAC installations and accelerated the construction process. The reduction in cubic meters per square meter also resulted in lower heating and cooling costs.
